A Word From Jon Hood

Helping people protect themselves, their loved ones, and their businesses with quality insurance coverage and making sure they’re appropriately protected as well as understand what they do (and don’t) have is a passion of mine.

Before becoming a local insurance agent in Lynnwood, Bothell, Mountlake Terrace, and the surrounding areas in Washington State, I served in the United States Army. I also earned over 20 years in Financial Services as a stockbroker, banker, and financial advisor.

Our goal as your insurance agency is to create a relationship with each of our clients to help give you a sense of security. My team and I have the knowledge and experience to help you better understand your coverage options–whether that’s auto, home, life, business insurance, or anything else you need to insure.

We Support The Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center

At The Hood Insurance Agency, we are proud to support the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center. This center offers visitors the Yellowstone area an opportunity to observe, understand and ultimately appreciate grizzly bears and gray wolves. All the animals at the Center are unable to survive in the wild and serve as ambassadors for their wild counterparts.

I’ve been a client of Hood Insurance Agency for about a year now. The agent that I had in the beginning, was thorough, didn’t rush me, even though I’m “technology-challenged.” However, due to COVID-19, a lot of us made changes in our lives.
