Why We Support Wolf Haven
Supporting Wolf Haven International aligns with our core belief that protection goes beyond policies. By backing wolf conservation and habitat preservation, we reinforce our commitment to responsible stewardship, community engagement, and protecting what truly matters.
Meet Our Other Pack
At Hood Insurance Agency, we believe protection should reach beyond people and property — into the natural world we all share. While we support the work of Wolf Haven International, we also want to introduce you to three incredible residents of the sanctuary who are currently available for sponsorship. Each one has a unique story and role in conservation.

Hodari — The Gentleman with a Goofy Side
Hodari is a striking Mexican wolf known for his charming habit of sticking out just the tip of his tongue even while resting. He was transferred to Wolf Haven from the Endangered Wolf Center in Missouri as part of the Saving Animals From Extinction (SAFE) program for critically endangered Mexican wolves. Hodari shares his enclosure along the public visitor route with his companion, Sage.

Little Foot — The Spirited Companion
Little Foot is a beautiful cream-and-gray female wolfdog with hints of black along her back. She was brought to Wolf Haven to be a companion for the older male wolfdog Luca. Despite their 11-year age difference, they complement each other well. Known for her lively personality and energy, Little Foot often runs laps around their enclosure or splashes joyfully in her water bucket.

Grayling — The Distinguished Digger
Grayling is a cream-colored gray wolf with a wide muzzle that gives him a distinguished look. He arrived at Wolf Haven from the Red River Zoo in North Dakota. Grayling enjoys digging and relaxing in his den, often emerging covered in dirt or mud — earning him the affectionate nickname “chocolate-dipped cookie.” He shares his enclosure with female gray wolf Shasta, and the two are best friends.
